Eligibility: a. Professional Customers: Individuals who are licensed professionals in the beauty industry, such as hairstylists, salon owners, or cosmetologists. b. Student Customers: Individuals currently enrolled in a beauty school or educational program related to the beauty industry.
Membership Application: a. To become a member, professional and student customers must register an account on our website (www.cliove.com) and provide the necessary information to verify their professional or student status. b. Proof of professional status may include a valid professional license, business registration, or other relevant documentation. c. Proof of student status may include a valid student ID, enrollment confirmation, or other relevant documentation.
Minimum Purchase Requirement: a. To become a Members a Professional must purchase minimum a Keratin Treatment Complete Kit on our webiste and students must purchase a Special bundle offered on our seminars or classes. b. To mantain the Membership activated the member must order a minimum of $200.00 on each order to qualify for the Pro/Platinum discount. c. The minimum purchase requirement applies to the subtotal amount before any taxes, shipping fees, or discounts are applied.

Membership Renewal: a. Membership is valid for one year from the date of approval and activated. b. Members will be notified in advance of their membership expiration and provided with instructions on how to renew their membership by email.
